We do not grant you any right, license, title or interest to any of our Intellectual Property rights which you may or may not have access t o. Team Member commits to becoming a Zeed Worldwide member using the materials and programs which are developed by our team of trained experts, most of whom are John Maxwell certified coaches & trainers are divided into 3, being the training, mentorship and the coaching. The training, coaching and mentorship materials used in the Program are collectively referred to as the "Program Resources." Zeed Worldwide is committed to coach our clients to better help them to optimize their outcomes. Zeed Worldwide coaching service is not limited to One-on-One coaching service only but also group coaching and bootcamp training.
Our major thrust is to assist members in developing their potentials and professional skills by allowing Zeed Member to use various intellectual products owned and marketed by Zeed Worldwide.
Our main thrust is improving the capacity of our members to stand out in all fields of endeavors. We impart every facet and interface of our members by impacting positively on their self-esteem, with our core value being discipline, which metamorphoses into influence. One of the core virtues of leadership is influence, we fashion our members for leadership in their different fields, as a leading capacity building organization, the facts speaks for itself through all our members.
Zeed Worldwide have carefully developed four (4) packages from which any prospective member can choose from, the packages are herein under-listed;
To participate in our monthly mentorship cadre, a Monthly Subscription of $30 per month is charged as fees, furthermore one has to be a registered member to access the mentorship cadre, and the other benefits are being highlighted below;
To participate in our coaching cadre, a Monthly Subscription of $350 per 90 minutes is charged as fees, furthermore one has to be a registered member to access the coaching cadre, and the other benefits are being highlighted below;
To participate in our 360 Degree Zeed coaching cadre, a Subscription of $1,200 per participant for 7 months is charged as fees, furthermore one has to be a registered member to access these cadre, and the other benefits are being highlighted below;
To participate in our Mastermind cadre, the fees is as stated by the administrator of our platform, being a member is not a condition prerequisite for enrolling into these cadre, and the other benefits are being highlighted below;
(a) A description of the Program Materials and availability of resources provided to Team Member as part of the Zeed Worldwide Training is set forth on the Team Member Offering any of our programs. The Company reserves the right to modify the Program Materials and availability to access the resources and will post any changes thereto on the official website for the Program.
(b) No Team Member may download, copy, screen share, record, distribute, or in any way remove or share the learning content and intellectual property on the Online Platform without prior written consent of the Company. The learning content includes any recorded calls or videos posted to the Online Platform featuring any of our facilitators or coaches, any of the posted academy, any employee or subcontractor working in association with the Program, or any person who identifies themselves as a stand-in or substitute coach or trainer. Any Zeed Member who is unsure of their use and access rights bears the responsibility to request information relating to such Zeed Member's rights related to the Online Platform and content related thereto prior to attempting to share the coaching content and intellectual property on the Online Platform by emailing support@zeedworldwide.com . At no time may a Zeed Member video or audio record any portion of our session or any other event sponsored or hosted by or associated with the Zeed Worldwide. From time to time and in the sole discretion of Zeed Worldwide Company, Zeed Member may be given the right to audio record at certain events, and Zeed Member's right to do so will be clearly posted and announced at the start of each event.
Zeed Member acknowledges that the Program resources are the exclusive property of the Zeed Worldwide IP Owners, and protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws, both domestic and international. Nothing in this Agreement will be construed as transferring, assigning, or conveying any ownership or proprietary rights to the Program resources from the Zeed Worldwide IP Owners to Team Member or any other person or entity. Zeed Members by not remove, alter or obscure any copyright, legal or proprietary notices in or on any portion of the Program Materials. Zeed Member will not duplicate, modify, distribute or otherwise use the Program resources in any format other than the format in which they were provided to Zeed Member without the prior written consent of the Company.
Zeed Member has the right to use the Program resources only as specifically set forth in this Agreement. Zeed Member does nothave the right to use the Program resources or any other copyright, trademark, trade name, or other intellectual property asset of the Zeed Worldwide IP Owners for any other purpose including, but not limited to, the following technical uses: (i) creating an archive; (ii) using in a searchable, machine-readable database; (iii) modifying, reverse engineering, decompiling, storing, copying, reproducing or distributing; (iv) creating derivative works.
Zeed Member agrees not to loan, transfer, convey, lease, license or sub-license or sell any of the Program materials or resources to any person or entity (a "Third Party") without the prior written consent of the Company. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Company, in its sole discretion, may permit Team Member to share Program Materials with other participants in the Zeed Worldwide Training through the Community Share section of the website. Team Member will not charge a fee or any other form of consideration to assist, train or guide another Team Member through the Program without the prior written consent of the Company.
Zeed Member acknowledges that the Program resources are the exclusive property of the Zeed Worldwide IP Owners, and protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws, both domestic and international. Nothing in this Agreement will be construed as transferring, assigning, or conveying any ownership or proprietary rights to the Program resources from the Zeed Worldwide IP Owners to Team Member or any other person or entity. Zeed Members by not remove, alter or obscure any copyright, legal or proprietary notices in or on any portion of the Program Materials. Zeed Member will not duplicate, modify, distribute or otherwise use the Program resources in any format other than the format in which they were provided to Zeed Member without the prior written consent of the Company.
At no point during the pendency of these association, being the membership association shall any member disclose to a third party any information or knowledge thathad become known to him by virtue of his or her membership that by action or omission will bring the image of Zeed Worldwide into disrepute in the eyes of right thinking members of the society. These shall not include information that, at the time of disclosure has becomes generally available to and known by the public, has becomes available to the Receiving Party on a non-confidential basis from a third-party source, provided that such third party was not prohibited from disclosing such Confidential Information.
You hereby indemnify Zeed Worldwide and undertake to keep Zeed Worldwide, its partners and affiliates indemnified against any losses, damages, costs, l iabilities and expenses (including without limitation reasonable legal f ees and expenses) arising out of any breach by you of any provision of these Terms, or arising out of any claim that you have breached any provision of these Terms. You will indemnify and hold Zeed Worldwide harmless from and against any claim, suit or proceedings brought against Zeed Worldwide arising from or in connection with violations of Intellectual Property or other rights of third parties in relation to the use of the services.
Without prejudice to Zeed Worldwide’s other rights under these Terms, if you breach these Terms in any way, Zeed Worldwide may take such action as Zeed Worldwide deems appropriate to deal with the breach, including suspending your access to the website, prohibiting you from accessing the website, blocking computers using your IP address from accessing the website, contacting your internet service provider to request that they block your access to the website and or bringing court proceedings against you.

Just in case you want a refund, details on our refund guidelines and policies, please contact us. It is also pertinent to note that, we treat violations of our Terms and policies very seriously and we have no obligation to offer refunds to members or prospective members of our community who are found to be in violation of them, even if their requests are made within the designated refund period. Similarly, we do not offer refunds to members who took our session already with our coaches on a one-on-one session. Our monthly group sessions is a non-refundable program as there are recorded resources in the academy that must have been watched upon payment. However, there is a refund if there was more than a month payment and a refund for the rest of the month Zeed Worldwide will offer you a complete refund until 14 days from the day of the request. Except as described in this Refund Policy or as explicitly stated as part of the sign-up process for a Service, Zeed Worldwide has no obligation to provide refunds for any other Services. Payment made for coaching with our coaches on the website or App is non-refundable.
