Johnson Aina is a multi award winning education consultant, prolific writer and a world class speaker who teaches the art of success with simplicity and excellence. He has used many platforms to share his stories to encourage young people on how to defy their limitations and fulfill their destinies and attain greatness. He graduated in the top 1% of this class with an associate degree in Mechanical Engineering from The Federal Polytechnic Ado, Ekiti. He had a direct entry admission into Obafemi Awolowo University, graduating in the top 2% with a first class in Mechanical Engineering. He completed a fully funded master’s in Mechanical and Materials Engineering at University of Manitoba, Canada with distinction. Prior to moving to Canada, he was awarded a fully funded admission to Howard University, Washington DC, USA. Johnson also completed Credential of Readiness (CORe) in Business Administration from Harvard Business School. He is a professional engineer (P.Eng) in the province of Manitoba, Canada. He is also a Project Management Professional (PMP)
Johnson has applied his engineering knowledge in solving real life problem with his over 10 years experience working in the manufacturing, automobile and aerospace industries in many roles that has seen him helped companies save more while maintaining smooth operations. He has worked as a design engineer, quality engineer, reliability engineer, development, and project management. He is currently a PhD student in Mechanical and Materials Engineering at University of Manitoba, Canada. Johnson is a recipient of many local and international awards and scholarships. Johnson is the Managing Partner of HayJay Distinct Consult, a company where he, with other associates, carefully guides prospective applicants to secure fully funded admissions into graduate schools. They also guide applicants into securing undergraduate and college admissions into Canadian and USA universities. Johnson is happily married and lives in Canada.
